When Elemental Energies was formed from the merger of two companies, the leadership needed to launch the new brand fast — with a full PR, marketing, and internal communications strategy delivered in just 12 weeks.

The Challenge

They wanted to position Elemental Energies as a credible, fresh voice in the energy transition space, unite staff from both businesses, reassure existing clients, and attract new ones.

Our Approach

Korero worked closely with the leadership team to develop the brand from the ground up. This included the name, identity, website, and values. We created a multi-channel strategy covering PR, internal comms, investor engagement, and digital content.
