Content marketing for global hospitality technology firm
Client
Fornova
Industry
Technology / hospitality
Fornova had already made a name for itself in the hotel tech space. As a leading provider of data intelligence, Fornova works with global hotel chains and the largest online travel agents (OTA's). Its smart technology constantly scans OTA sites, metasearch engines like Google, and even competitor hotel websites. This gave its clients the insights they needed to make better decisions, sell more rooms, and boost revenue.
The challenge
Fornova wanted to raise its profile even further and reach the right audiences with the right messages. That's where Korero came in. We were asked to create strong digital content and secure valuable media coverage to highlight Fornova's leadership and promote its cutting-edge solutions.
The approach
We worked closely with Fornova's CEO and Marketing Director to come up with a proactive PR and content strategy. This included writing a range of material from whitepapers and e-books to blogs, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and targeted press releases.
One of our standout projects was launching Fornova's latest intelligence solution. To support this, we produced an in-depth e-book and a series of blogs. We also created a set of post-pandemic predictions written on behalf of the CEO, which he later shared on his personal LinkedIn page.
Our next step was to plan another informative e-book and blog series, which we promoted through social media and email to help Fornova keep up the momentum.
The results
Since working with us, Fornova has seen a big lift in its profile. Its insights and predictions were regularly picked up by key media outlets, and engagement on social media grew noticeably.
The CEO reports that he has ‘never had so many likes and comments on Fornova’s social media platforms’ since working with us. This boost in online presence helped generate more marketing leads and gave the CEO direct access to senior decision-makers across the industry.
